By accessing or using The Scaffold platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and organizational accounts.
2. Description of Service
The Scaffold provides AI workforce diagnostic tools based on the Pattern-Judgment Framework. Our platform helps organizations and individuals assess how professional work decomposes into pattern (automatable) and judgment (uniquely human) components, and develop transformation strategies accordingly.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organizations.
4. Intellectual Property
The Pattern-Judgment Framework, PJRC methodology, and all associated content, tools, and materials are the intellectual property of The Scaffold. Assessment reports generated for you are provided for your use but the underlying methodology, algorithms, and framework remain our property.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer our diagnostic algorithms, sharing account credentials, submitting false or misleading assessment data, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Scaffold provides diagnostic insights and transformation strategies as informational tools. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from implementing our recommendations. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
